We are currently aware of issues being experienced by some fans that checked in last night. We’re investigating and will be looking to resolve this as soon as possible, by the end of this week.
In some instances, if you checked in at a game yesterday, you will have received an incorrect FanRating and Stats – or none at all.
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
Just continue to use FanHub as normal!
If you are attending a game before the weekend, you will not receive your score or stats on the same day. They will be updated by the weekend.
If you attended a game yesterday and were impacted, rest assured we are working to find the issue and hope to re-run the scoring and stats for you by the weekend.
