How do you develop and maintain rapport with your fanbase, regardless of performances on the pitch?
As a League Two club with a unique fanbase of over 15,000 season ticket holders, finding new ways to reward their supporters remains a constant focus.
Delivering a unique way for fans to stay connected and earn money-can’t-buy rewards for following their club, Bradford partnered with FanHub during the second half of the 2023/24 season. FanHub has since been retained as the Club’s Fan Loyalty Partner of choice for the 2024/25 season.
Nearly 10% of Bradford City’s match-going fans used the FanHubapp at the end of the 23/24 season to check in to games, store their match memories and get rewarded for their loyalty. FanHub Points were then redeemable on a range of exclusive Bradford City prizes including invites to watch training sessions and tours of the University of Bradford Stadium.
Davide Longo, Chief Commercial Officer, Bradford City AFC, said: “FanHub offered a unique way to further recognise over 15,000 season ticket holders who turn up every week to show their unrivalled support for our club.”
“FanHub allows supporters to check in when they visit Valley Parade, or follow us around the country and earn exclusive rewards for doing so.”

“Together, we presented our fans with exclusive prizes towards the end of last season and are excited to be partnered with FanHub again for the 2024/25 season.”
