Greggs Product Code Offer is only valid on items as listed in the FanHub Shop for 1 x Greggs Breakfast Baguette Deal – single filling with regular hot drink, 250ml orange juice or 500ml water. Any extras will be charged accordingly.

Unique valid code must be shown to a member of staff to redeem.

One claim per user, per unique code.

One code accepted per transaction. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or Greggs loyalty scheme.

Offer is valid to redeem between start and end date of each promotion, only. Any codes shown after end date of each promotion will not be valid or accepted.

This offer is available to redeem majority of Greggs shops only, exclusions do apply.

General

1.1 We will not be in breach of these Terms nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform, any of the obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure result from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to:

(a) acts of God, flood, drought, earthquake or other natural disaster;

(b) epidemic or pandemic;

(c) terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots, war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, or breaking off of diplomatic relations;

(d) nuclear, chemical or biological contamination or sonic boom;

(e) any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, including without limitation imposing an export or import restriction, quota or prohibition, or failing to grant a necessary licence or consent;

(f) collapse of buildings, fire, explosion or accident;

(g) any labour or trade dispute, strikes, industrial action or lockouts;

(h) non-performance by suppliers or subcontractors; and

(i) interruption or failure of utility service.

1.2 These Terms are governed by English law.
