FanHub announces new partnership to reward football fans with free merchandise

Chart-topping Bristol-based tech start-up FanHub has today (Friday 22nd October 2021) announced a partnership with The Terrace that will see football fans up and down the country win free merchandise as they follow their team.

Having surpassed Manchester United on their way to the top 25 of the App Store charts on Tuesday, and achieving the 10,000th install on Thursday, announcing their new partnership with The Terrace rounds off an exciting week for the company.

FanHub, launched during the lockdown in February, has quickly grown to a community of over 10,000 fans across the UK using the app, which already enables supporters of each EFL club to be rewarded with free tickets.

This new partnership will see fans rewarded for following their teams with free merchandise including retro football shirts, homeware, personalised mugs, art prints and more.

Harley Thorne, Operations Director at FanHub, said: “At FanHub, we believe that fans deserve to be rewarded for their loyalty. I’ve followed the progress of The Terrace over the last couple of years and have been impressed with their range of products, but equally as importantly for us though, their brand resonates with me as a fan and they hold similar values to our own. We’re looking forward to working together”.

The Terrace, founded in 2017, has grown to become one of the leading companies for retro wear and merchandise, providing iconic products for fans of the Premier League through to Non-League.

FanHub have developed several features within their app that enable brands to reward fans as they follow their team, and The Terrace were quick to jump on the opportunity.

Carl Sewell, Director at The Terrace, said: “We are delighted to partner with FanHub, as a platform which really gets fans interacting and rewarded for supporting their club. We have lots of unique and fun ways to reward fans coming up, after all our brand is built by the fans so where better a place to be!”
